Raiders' Jimmy Garoppolo (foot) on 'pitch count' in training camp

Garoppolo's free agent contract with the Raiders had a few hiccups due to the veteran's mysterious foot injury, but the Raiders' new quarterback has since passed his physical and locked in his contract for the upcoming season. Still, he's reportedly taking limited reps in training camp practices as he continues to work back to full health, leading journeyman Brian Hoyer to take meaningful camp reps behind him.

Garoppolo should get to throw to a solid group of pass-catchers this season between All-Pro Davante Adams, Hunter Renfroe, and Jakobi Meyers, but could be facing a bit of downgrade overall after leaving the 49ers' organization. He is numberFire's QB20 for the upcoming season.
