DES MOINES, Iowa — No. 10 seed Penn State basketball returns to March Madness for the first time in a dozen years when it faces No. 7 seed Texas A&M in a first-round NCAA Tournament game here Thursday night. The Midwest Region matchup at Wells Fargo Arena was scheduled to tip off at 9:55 p.m. Eastern on TBS. But it is now looking like the actual start time will be closer to 10:15 p.m. Eastern.

We will update the tip time for the game here as more information becomes available.
