United Kingdom NBA fans are roasting Kyle Kuzma over his terrible Game 6
Needing a win in Game 6 to keep their championship hopes alive, and with Anthony Davis clearly limited with his groin injury, Lakers superstar LeBron James needed his role players to step up and produce.
James got some help from Talen Horton-Tucker, who shot 6-of-9 from the field and scored 12 points in 19 minutes. Dennis Schroder had a decent comeback game after being shut out in Game 5. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was efficient from the field, scoring 19 points on 11 shots.
Kyle Kuzma, however, had a night to forget. Once a player fans hoped could evolve into a third scoring option for the team, Kuzma finished Game 6 with two points on 1-of-6 shooting, with four rebounds, one steal and two turnovers. He certainly wasn’t the reason the Lakers lost Game 6, but fans piled on after the Lakers were eliminated from the playoffs.
Laker fans blaming LeBron but they should be blaming their front office. They won the championship, got rid of half their roster and surrounded Bron/AD with a bunch of has-beens….and Kuzma
