It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that house and techno DJ/producer i_o has passed away today.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that Garrett Lockhart, also known as house and techno DJ/producer, i_o, has passed away today. He was 30 years old.

A message on his own Twitter account has confirmed the tragic news.

We had the pleasure of enjoying and sharing much of Garrett’s music on TSIS, such as his recent collab with Lights, titled “Annihilation,” his ACID 444 EP, and much more. It pains us deeply to see such a bright talent lose his life so early.

Our thoughts go out to Garrett’s family and friends.
