Heartland actor Robert Cormier dies at 33
Canadian actor Robert Cormier, who was part of the cast of CBC television show Heartland over the past two seasons, has died.
According to an obituary Cormier died in September at the age of 33.
His parents, three sisters, and a grandmother are his survivors.
"Robert was an athlete, an actor and a great brother," read his obituary. He was passionate about helping others and was always striving to do more.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cormier's sister Stephanie claimed that he died from injuries sustained in a fall in Etobicoke (Ont.).
"On behalf of Heartland cast, crew, and our thoughts are with him during this difficult time," a tweet from the show's Twitter account stated.

In addition to playing Finn Cotter on the long-running CBC show, Cormier had roles on Designated Survivor, American Gods and Slasher, among others.
Cormier will be laid to rest Sunday in Etobicoke.
