Vivienne Medrano's hit crowdfunded pilot about the princess of Hell, Hazbin Hotel, has garnered much attention since its release. However, as the show attempts to transition from a YouTube pilot to a full-fledged series on Amazon, it struggles to maintain its initial tone and build a convincing world.

The pilot of Hazbin Hotel introduces viewers to a unique premise, showcasing the princess of Hell's efforts to rehabilitate demons and give them a chance at redemption.
