The Tar Heels (3-3, 0-2 ACC) have lost three in a row and three straight against the Yellow Jackets (4-2, 2-2), who haven't lost to UNC since 2019. Georgia Tech has a 33-22-3 all-time advantage in the series, including wins in five of the last seven matchups.

UNC is trying to snag its first ACC win since November 2023 against rival Duke. The Heels are coming off a 34-24 loss to Pitt and the Jackets handed Duke its first loss, 24-14, in Week 6.
