2022 WWE Extreme Rules results: Live updates, recap, grades, matches, card, start time, highlights

Extreme Rules is becoming more extreme for WWE. Six matches will be held in Philadelphia on Saturday night under special conditions that encourage violence. This is a marked departure from the way this event was created one year ago under a different creative strategy.
The card will feature a trio match between Liv Morgan, Ronda Rousey and Extreme Rules. Morgan, the SmackDown women’s champion, has won both their previous encounters. However, both outcomes were less decisive. Extreme Rules features a number stipulations that are not typical to WWE. These include an MMA-themed Fight Pit featuring (one-time UFC star), Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins; a strap match between Drew McIntyre, Karrion Kross; and an Irish-themed Donnybrook Match.
WWE Extreme Rules will live stream from Wells Fargo Center on Saturday evening. It will begin at 8 p.m. ET with a kickoff show starting one hour earlier at 7 p.m. on Peacock. CBS Sports will be with you the whole way through the event, providing updates and highlights as the action goes down in the live blog below.
