Walmart, Target Black Friday 2019 deals: Retailers start rolling out sales
Black Friday 2019 is upon us.
Target released its big Black Friday ad on Wednesday and detailed its plans for store hours on the holiday weekend. Stores will open at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day and then close at 1 a.m. before reopening at 7 a.m. on Black Friday morning.
But you certainly don't need to wait until Thanksgiving. Target's Black Friday preview sale on Nov. 8 and 9 will have plenty of early deals, including:
- A 40-inch TCL 1080p Roku TV for $169.99 (regularly $259.99)
- Beats Solo3 headphones for $129.99 (regularly $299.99)
- Jetson Strike Hoverboard for $95 (regularly $149.99)
Plus lots more. Check out Target’s website for full details.
Target isn’t the only retailer getting in the Black Friday swing. Walmart is also running some early deals, according to Forbes. The list includes:
- A 65-inch Vizio Quantum 4K Ultra HD TV for $498, a savings of $350
- A 15.6-inch Lenovo gaming laptop for $599, a savings of $150
- An Apple Watch Series 3 bundle that includes a case and sports band for $219, a savings of $80
Check out Forbes for more deals from Walmart and other retailers including Amazon, Costco and Apple.
Walmart hasn't yet said when its sales on Thanksgiving and Black Friday will begin. Many Walmarts are open 24 hours, including on holidays, but the retailer typically starts its deals sometime on Thanksgiving in the evening.
If you pay attention to this sort of thing, you already know that Black Friday stopped being a single day sales bonanza years ago. Retailers spread out deals across all of November and even earlier now.
If you’re a Black Friday fanatic, it’s time to start paying attention and making your plans.
