OMAHA/VALLEY-Portions of River Country have been put under a severe thunderstorm warning

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM CSTFOR NORTHEASTERN FREMONT...MONTGOMERY...SOUTHEASTERN MILLS...SOUTHEASTERN POTTAWATTAMIE AND NORTHWESTERN PAGE COUNTIES...

At 239 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles north ofFarragut, or 25 miles north of Tarkio, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect haildamage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expectconsiderable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely tomobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

This severe storm will be near...Essex around 250 PM CST.

Other locations in the path of this severe thunderstorm include RedOak, Stanton and Elliott.
