'Zoey 102' trailer sees Jamie Lynn Spears reunite with 'Zoey 101 ...
Attention, "Zoey 101" fans: Your favorite Pacific Coast Academy alums have a reunion in the works.
Paramount+ released the trailer on Tuesday for "Zoey 102," a movie sequel to the Nickelodeon comedy-drama show "Zoey 101," that featured the return of series stars Jamie Lynne Spears, Erin Sanders, Matthew Underwood, Christopher Massey, Sean Flynn, Abby Wilde and Jack Salvatore Jr.
"Zoey 101" followed the lives of Spears' Zoey Brooks and her wacky group of friends at Pacific Coast Academy, a fictional boarding school by the Southern California coast. The show ran on Nickelodeon from 2005 to 2008.
Spears, Sanders, Underwood, Massey, Flynn and Wilde all appear in the "Zoey 102" trailer, which begins with Spears' Brooks getting asked to serve as Maid of Honor at the wedding of Sanders' Quinn Pensky and Underwood's Logan Reese. The trailer also teases at lingering romantic feelings between Spears' Brooks and her high school sweetheart, Flynn's Chase Matthews.
"I would kill to go back to PCA," Spears' Brooks says in the trailer. "I just think about all the things I dreamed about in high school, and now I'm here, and it's like, is this it? Is this the dream?"
Cast newcomer Owen Thiele quips to her at another point: "It's really gross how often you talk about high school."
Dean Geyer also joins the cast as Todd, someone Spears' Brooks hires to play her boyfriend at the wedding.
"Zoey 102" streams on Paramount+ July 27.

In 2019, Spears teased that she was open to a "Zoey 101" reboot in an Instagram post.
"Yo, @nickelodeon have your people call my people" Spears captioned a screenshot of a headline stating she's "reportedly in talks to reboot 'Zoey 101.' "
Spears became pregnant with her first child in 2007 at 16, she announced to OK! Magazine at the time, leading fans to speculate that her pregnancy was the reason "Zoey 101" ended. She dispelled those rumors in January 2019, with an Instagram post celebrating the pilot's 14th anniversary.
"#itdidNOTendbecauseofpregnancy," she captioned a video clip of the show's intro through the years. "#contractwasfinished."
