If there's ever a day to "eat your heart out," it's today.

Valentine's Day is officially here and love is in the air — as well as red, pink, strawberry or heart-shaped items at various fast food places.

Whether you're celebrating Valentine’s Day or Singles Awareness Day, there's always room for a little specialty treat. Check out specialty items available around you.

Cakes, ice cream at Baskin Robins

The ice cream chain’s heart-shaped ice cream cakes have returned for the holiday, highlighting its Crazy for You Cake. The pink cake includes a crunchy OREO cookie covered in fudge and buttercream.

Also back by popular demand, Love Potion #31 is the "flavor of the month," a combination of white chocolate and raspberry-flavored ice creams with raspberry-filled chocolate-flavored hearts, raspberry swirls and chocolate flavored chips. 

Finally, guests can try it with the new "Sweetheart Fancy Cone," a fresh-baked pink waffle cone dipped in chocolate and coated with heart sprinkles. 

Heart-shaped Berry Biscuits at Bojangles

To celebrate both Valentine's Day and American Heart Month, the southern fast food chain offers its Heart-Shaped Bo Berry Biscuit. Available until Feb. 23, 10% of all Bo-Berry Biscuit sales will directly benefit The HEARTest Yard Foundation and The Bojangles Foundation.

Heart-shaped trays, biscuits at Chick-fil-A

Until Feb. 22, participating Chick-fil-A restaurants offer select menu items packaged in Heart-Shaped Trays, such as:

• 30-count Chick-fil-A Nuggets
• 10-count Chick-n-Minis 
• 12 Chocolate Fudge Brownie halves
• Six Chocolate Chunk Cookies

The website recommends that you contact your local Chick-fil-A restaurant or use the Chick-fil-A app to find Heart-Shaped Trays closest to you.

Select locations will also bring back their heart-shaped breakfast biscuits. You should also contact your local Chick-fil-A restaurant to see if they have them.

Fan-favorite blizzard, cake at Dairy Queen

The ice cream and fast food chain is celebrating by bringing back two red and pink desserts for Valentine’s Day:

• Red Velvet Cake Blizzard Treat - made with DQ vanilla soft serve and includes red velvet cake pieces and cream cheese icing.
• Red Velvet Cake Blizzard Cupid Cake - A heart-shaped cake with a base layer of DQ’s vanilla soft serve, a center of red velvet cake pieces and cream cheese icing. It's topped with a layer of Red Velvet Cake Blizzard.

Specialty doughnuts at Dunkin Donuts

Dunkin's Valentine's Day menu is back, starting Wednesday, Jan. 29. The lineup includes:

• Cupid’s Choice Specialty Donut: Filled with Bavarian Kreme and topped with strawberry-flavored icing and festive sprinkles
• Brownie Batter Specialty Donut: Filled with chocolatey, brownie batter-flavored butter creme and topped with chocolate icing and Valentine’s Day sprinkles.

Heart-shaped biscuits at Hardee's

The fast-food chain has announced the return of their fan-favorite menu item for the holiday — their heart-shaped biscuit sandwiches. They will be available at select locations until Feb. 16.

A BOGO biscuit offer is also available for My Rewards members, featuring the Maple Bacon Super Biscuit, Super Bacon Biscuit, Super Sausage Biscuit, Monster Biscuit and more. 

Specialty cookies at Insomnia Cookies

Insomnia Cookies brought back its Valentine's Day collection. The flavor lineup includes:

• Cupid’s Cookies ‘N Cream – Cookies ‘N Cream with sweet Valentine’s Day sprinkles and gooey marshmallows
• Red Velvet – A red velvet cookie packed with rich chunks of cream cheese icing.
• Red Velvet Cheesecake Filled Classic – A red velvet cookie made extra indulgent with rich chunks of cream cheese and filled with a cheesecake center.

The treats will be available in-store and for local delivery until Feb. 23 or until supplies last.

'Hearts in Bloom' Collection at Krispy Kreme

The Hearts in Bloom collection is available until Feb. 14 with four heart-shaped doughnuts in a flower bouquet box. Here are this year's Valentines, which are available individually or by the dozen:

• You Make My Daisy Doughnut: Unglazed heart doughnut filled with white Kreme, dipped in strawberry flavored icing, drizzled with yellow icing, and topped with a daisy candy piece. 
• Blooming Heart Doughnut: Unglazed heart doughnut filled with Cookies & Kreme filling, dipped in purple icing, and sprinkled with hearts in bloom sprinkles. 
• Love You Bunches Doughnut: Unglazed heart doughnut filled with Chocolate Kreme, dipped in red icing, drizzled with green stems and topped with colored white chocolate confectionery curls. 
• You Are My Sunshine Doughnut: Unglazed heart doughnut filled with caramel-flavored Kreme, dipped in chocolate icing, drizzled with a green stem and topped with a sunflower candy piece.

Heart-shaped pizza at Marco's Pizza

Now through Feb. 14, Marco’s is bringing back its heart-shaped pizza deal, starting at $9.99.

Specialty cookies at Potbelly

The Red Velvet Cookie is back for a limited time! On Valentine’s Day, Potbelly is offering Perks Members a complimentary cookie, including the fan-favorite Red Velvet Cookie, with the purchase of any entrée, including a toasty sandwich, bowl of soup, or whole salad.

This exclusive offer can be redeemed by ordering on Potbelly.com, the Potbelly App or in-shop with a scan. 

New drinks at Starbucks

The coffee chain announced last week it was celebrating Valentine's Day with two new beverages. The drinks are available now and while supplies last:

• Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Cold Brew: The Starbucks Cold Brew is sweetened with vanilla syrup and topped with a silky, chocolaty hazelnut cream cold foam and chocolate cookie crumble. It "makes for a perfect chocolaty-hazelnut pick-me-up."
• Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Créme Frappuccino: Starbucks blends strawberry puree and Frappuccino chips with milk and ice, layers on top of a splash of strawberry puree and finishes with vanilla whipped cream and mocha drizzle to "deliver a frosty, delicious treat inspired by our love of chocolate-covered strawberries."
