Rocket issue scrubs launch of Starliner crewed test flight
Controllers scrubbed the first attempt to launch Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner on a crewed test flight May 6 because of a valve problem with the rocket.
Despite the setback, NASA and Boeing are working together to address the issue and reschedule the launch for a later date. The safety of the crew and the success of the mission are top priorities for both organizations, and they are committed to ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken before the next launch attempt.
