Here's Where to Buy Your NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Video Card
If you've been keeping up with GPU news at all, you're probably well aware of the upcoming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 video card that's set to release on October 12. To sum it up, it's really big, it's really powerful, and it's really expensive. We've already published our IGN NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 FE review, but sufficed to say, this is the card to get if you want to run any game currently out (and any game released in the forseeable future) at 4K resolution with frame rates of 100fps and beyond.
We've compiled a list of merchants that have placeholder links for various models of the RTX 4090. At the time of this post, none of these cards are orderable. We expect them to go up for sale starting Wednesday, October 12 at 6am PT or 9am ET.
Don't be surprised if they sell out quickly; although the supply chain issues are a thing of the past and the exorbitant pricing should keep most people at bay, this IS a new generation of NVIDIA video cards with enormous potential. History has shown that more likely than not, these cards sell out on launch day. If you're unable to secure one, don't fret. Chances are we will see restocks again within the next few weeks.
