Experience full laps inside a NASCAR race car during a 1970 race
Take a look a what racing in a NASCAR event looked like inside a race car more than 50 years ago.
Chase Elliott is on the pole for Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium.
Elliott won Heat 1 to secure the pole on Saturday after also being the fastest in practice.
Sunday's Clash (a non-points paying race) will be the first Cup race of any kind at Bowman Gray since 1971.
Among those who will have to race into the field via the last chance qualifier include Ryan Blaney, Kyle Larson and Ty Gibbs. The final three spots will be decided on Sunday via the LCQ and a points provisional (which would go to Blaney if he needs it).
