Man Charged With Attempting To Blackmail Kevin Hart

On Wednesday, a man was charged with attempting to extort money from actor Kevin Hart with a surreptitiously recorded video of the married comedian “with a female.\" According to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, 41-year-old Jonathan Todd Jackson, a pro bowler, has been charged with attempted extortion by threatening letter. Jackson is accused of seeking an undisclosed amount of money from the 38-year-old Hart in August of 2017 and of also trying to sell a video of the Jumanji\' star in Las Vegas with a woman to numerous celebrity news websites.
