Kevin Conroy Will Voice Batman for the Final Time in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League
The late, great Kevin Conroy will voice The Dark Knight for the last time in the upcoming video game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Batman: The Animated Series legend Kevin Conroy will provide the voice of The Dark Knight for the final time in the upcoming video game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, it has now been confirmed. Conroy sadly passed away on November 10 from cancer, leaving fans wondering whether we would ever hear the actor’s iconic voice emanate from beneath the cowl ever again. Well, thankfully it has been revealed during The Game Awards that Conroy will indeed don the cape as Batman one last time. Check out the trailer for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League below.

Developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is described as “a genre-bending action-adventure game” and is set in an open world based in Metropolis. The game drops players into the same universe established by the Batman: Arkham series, and finds Amanda Waller putting together the task force known as the Suicide Squad. Sent on a covert mission in Metropolis, the team of villains quickly discover that Brainiac has invaded Earth and is brainwashing its inhabitants, including Justice League members Superman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and Batman.

Unable to depend on any hero for help, it is up to the Suicide Squad to save the world by freeing the Justice League from Brainiac's control and stopping him before they both destroy Metropolis, and, sooner or later, the rest of the world.

This latest announcement not only confirms that Batman will indeed be part of the story, but that the late, great Kevin Conroy will voice the character, with the trailer giving us a glimpse of what’s to come. No doubt hearing Conroy’s voice again will prove to be an emotional treat for fans.
