Cavaliers star Kevin Love pops the question to supermodel girlfriend Kate Bock

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Kevin Love and Kate Bock are engaged.

The Cavaliers star and Sports Illustrated swimsuit model made the announcement Instagram official on Sunday with a photo of the couple kissing and Bock sporting a huge rock on her finger.

“Souls tend to go back to who feels like home,” Love captioned the photo. “My Fiancé. The Joy of My Life.”

Bock, who turned 33 on Saturday, wrote, “Well, this was the best birthday surprise I could have ever imagined. I couldn’t be happier to have been asked to be a Love by my love.
