First day of spring

Snow for the First Day of Spring While the season now says spring, it certainly looked snowy and felt cold across most of Montana on Monday.

Despite the calendar indicating the start of spring, many parts of the state were covered in a blanket of snow, creating a winter wonderland rather than a springtime scene. Residents had to bundle up and brace themselves for the unexpected weather, with temperatures dropping and roads becoming slick with ice.
