The Dallas Cowboys’ regular season has reached its conclusion, and now the focus shifts to the playoffs for the boys in silver and blue. For the 20th season in a row, the NFC East has a new reigning champion as the Philadelphia Eagles were unable to defend their 2023 title. Dallas’ reached 12 wins for the third consecutive season, and earned the division title outright thanks to their 38-10 drubbing of Washington while the Eagles fell flat against New York.
Finishing first in the NFC East finalizes the list of opponents Dallas will face in 2024. The actual schedule won’t be revealed until March, but here’s a look at the 14 different opponents the club will square off with.

Every year, the Cowboys will square off against their three division rivals, the New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Commanders.
Dallas finished their NFC East schedule 5-1, sweeping at home and winning at both the the New York Giants and Washington Commanders.
The Cowboys have dominated each of the head-to-head series with their division rivals over the years.

17th Game Opponent: vs Houston Texans

The 17th game is a matchup against the other conference on a rotating basis and 2024 gives Dallas a home game against the AFC South. The fact that this is a matchup with the in-state Texans is remarkable; they had the No. 2 pick in the draft last April and DeMeco Ryans has them in the playoffs.
NFC South No. 1: vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Despite losing Tom Brady, Tampa Bay repeated as NFC South champs with a 9-8 record.
Dallas is 13-6 all-time against the Buccaneers and will get them at home.
NFC No. 2: vs New Orleans Saints

The Saints were one of Dallas’ fiercest rivals during the Tony Romo and Sean Peyton days. The Cowboys hold a 18-13 all-time advantage in the series.
NFC No. 3: @ Atlanta Falcons

If the Steelers ever give Mike Tomlin, who has still never had a losing season, a real QB solution, they would be dangerous again in short order. Dallas holds a slight head-to-head advantage, 16-14.
