Chris D’Elia is an American comedian, actor and podcast host of Italian and Polish descent. Among his major influences as a comedian are Bryan CallenEddie Murphy, Jim Carrey and Mitzi Shore.

D’Elia has a younger brother named Matt D’Elia, who is a filmmaker and an actor. Their father Bill D’Elia, a television producer and director, is a second generation Italian-American.

Matt and Chris’s mother Eleanor “Ellie” Dombroski D’Elia, who worked at ABC, is of Polish and Italian descent. She attended Union Catholic High School in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, United States and Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, USA.
