Hear from former Iowa women’s basketball star Caitlin Clark before jersey retirement
TV legend David Letterman is at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City on Sunday for Caitlin Clark's jersey retirement ceremony.
Hawkeye Radio broadcasters said Letterman is sitting with former Iowa coach Lisa Bluder and her family. The jersey retirement ceremony will be held after the Iowa vs. USC game.
Letterman is a proud Indiana native. Clark is headed into her second season with the WNBA's Indiana Fever.

Clark joined Letterman in December for a public conversation at Ball State University for his Distinguished Professional Lecture and Workshop Series.
Letterman, the former "Late Show" host and a Ball State graduate, interviewed Clark after her first season in the WNBA, having won Rookie of the Year. In August, Letterman saw Clark play in an Indiana Fever game in Indianapolis.
Other notables at Carver-Hawkeye Arena today
Former Iowa teammates Kate Martin, Gabbie Marshall and Monika Czinano made the trip to Carver to celebrate Clark's big day. Martin played in an Unrivaled 3-on-3 League game Saturday in Miami before getting on a plane for Iowa.
