Cactus Plant Flea Market and McDonald's Release Collaborative Merch Collection
McDonald’s has found great success within the collaborative world. The fast-food chain is well-known for its partnerships with J Balvin, Travis Scott, BTS and many others. It even partnered with Naoto Fukasawa, an industrial designer from Muji, to redesign their packaging. Cactus Plant Flea Market has teamed up with McChickens, the original creator of crispy fries and McChickens for a special partnership.
Today marks the day that you can run to participating McDonald’s restaurants to get your hands on the meal and collectible toys, and so they’ve accompanied the launch with a variety of apparel pieces. Cynthia Lu — founder of the playful streetwear brand — applies her signature language to pullover hoodies, tees that come in both short and long-sleeved lengths and sweatpants. Some of the pieces feature co-branded prints, graphics group together McDonald’s characters, Big Mac imagery, coffee stirrers, the famous golden arches sign and more. Customers can also order mystery jumbo-sized plush dolls or Hamburglar or Cactus Buddy costumes. The latter arrives quickly considering Halloween is just around the corner.
Check out the complete collection and then head to Cactus Flower Flea Market to get yours.
In case you missed it, McDonald’s recently brought back Pokémon happy meals.
