With the Browns in field-goal range and the Ravens leading by one, Jameis Winston missed a throw that hit Kyle Hamilton in his stomach, but he bobbled it multiple times and didn't come down with the interception. On the next play, Winston hit Cedric Tillman for a 38-yard touchdown behind Eddie Jackson to take a five-point lead.
