10 new taco spots in Connecticut for National Taco Day

The Taco Project, which opened in Stamford on April 12, offers a variety of tacos and burritos as well as burrito bowls and burrito bowls. It also serves salads, desserts, and cocktails.
There are 10 options for tacos: classic ground beef or chicken, skirt steak, tempura battered shrimp, tempura-battered shrimp and fish tacos. You can also choose from sauteed, battered, or fried cod. Other options include BBQ pulled pork marinated in housemade BBQ sauce, chorizo with potatoes and braised pork belly with pineapple glazing.
This is the fifth Taco Project. There are four others in Westchester County (Bronxville Pleasantville Tarrytown, Tarrytown, Yonkers, and Tarrytown).
