Metallica Announce 2025 North American M72 World Tour Dates

Metallica has confirmed the extension of their record-breaking M72 World Tour with the news of additional North American dates set for the Spring/Summer of 2025. Continuing with the No Repeat Weekend and the In the Round format, Metallica will touch down for weekends in Toronto, Nashville, Philadelphia, Tampa and a hometown play in Northern California, taking over Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara in June. 

Additionally, the announcement confirmed that Metallica will be appearing at next year's Sick New World Festival in Las Vegas on April 12th, bookending their 2025 run. Also roped in with the slate of headlining stadium dates, Metallica will also anchor the Danny Wimmer Presents, Sonic Temple in Columbus, Ohio. The band will stick to the No Repeat Weekend format, playing two unique sets as the top billing for the 2025 installment. 

Support on M72’s 2025 North American run will feature sets from Pantera, Limp Bizkit, Suicidal Tendencies and Ice Nine Kills on select dates. Additionally, Metallica has confirmed they will be making their long-awaited return to Australia and New Zealand with details forthcoming. 

Metallica will be offering s special Citi cardmembers presale starting Tuesday, September 24th at 10am local time until Thursday, September 26 at 10pm local time through the Citi Entertainment program. Also, Verizon will offer an exclusive presale for the M72 tour via Verizon Access, just for being a customer. Verizon Access presale tickets for select shows kick off September 24 at 10am local time until Thursday, September 26 at 10pm local time.
