New Orleans Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis announced today that the club has traded cornerback Marshon Lattimore and a 2025 fifth-round pick to the Washington Commanders in exchange for Washington's third, fourth, and sixth-round picks in the 2025 NFL Draft (note, sixth round pick was originally New Orleans' and was traded to Washington for DT John Ridgeway III).
Lattimore, the former Associated Press NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, started all seven games he played in during the 2024 season and posted 30 stops (22 solo) with two pass breakups. In his career, he has started all 97 regular season games he has appeared in, totaling 405 tackles (326 solo), 15 interceptions (tied for eighth in club record books), five forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries and 88 pass breakups.
