Dancing On ice star Faye Brookes could be kicked off show after plugging clothing brand
WE’VE not even had two weeks of the new series of Dancing On Ice and celebrities are already getting into trouble.
Hot on the heels of Rufus Hound’s offensive old tweets, I’m told that former Coronation Street star Faye Brookes has broken the rules.
She posted two Instagram pictures which are against the strict contracts that everyone agrees to when they sign up for the ITV show.
She plugged a fitness massage gun called MyBodyFitPal and a clothing brand called Roxy Joggers — mentioning the show’s name in the post which is against the broadcaster’s rules.
Tellingly, she has deleted both posts after I asked ITV if they had indeed broken the terms of her show contract.
A third post, which mentions beauty brand Roccabox, remains up despite it also mentioning Dancing On Ice.
A source said: “No one is telling the celebrities they can’t use their social media or have commercial deals.
“But what the contracts clearly state is that you need written permission in advance if you are going to use either ITV’s name or the name of the show.
“According to the contracts, the celebrities have to speak to ITV and get formal permission before any posts, which the deletion suggests Faye has not done.
“Ultimately, breaking a contract could result in the termination of a contract.”
Faye is the new favourite to win the show after impressing viewers and the judges in her dance with pro partner Hamish Gaman at the weekend.
Myleene Klass was the first to go on Sunday, despite being tipped to win it by presenter Holly Willoughby last week.
I won’t be asking Holly for the Lottery numbers in a hurry...
Mind the waves, ladsFREDDIE Flintoff and Jamie Redknapp shocked locals when they rolled up to film for their upcoming series A League of Their Own: UK Road Trip.
Ex-England cricketer Freddie and former Three Lions footballer Jamie were joined by chef Marco Pierre White and comics Alan Carr and Tom Davis at Custom House Quay in Weymouth.
The star-studded line-up enjoyed lunch at Harbourside Cafe before hopping on a boat.
Jamie, who played for Spurs and Liverpool, said: “I love Weymouth, it’s been such a sunny day. I have family that live around this area too.”
Masked Freddie added: “It’s a good day for filming.”
The Sky One series is a UK spin-off of the comedy panel show.
It documents Jamie and Freddie’s travels around the US and Europe.
They had to stay closer to home this time round because overseas filming could not take place due to Covid travel restrictions.
The show is due to be broadcast later this year.
Danny is real hit with missDANNY Dyer might be a grandad but it seems he has not lost any of his sex appeal.
Daughter Sunnie revealed the EastEnders actor is a hit with her teachers.
And it’s not just because of his Cockney charm.
The 13-year-old revealed: “A teacher has mentioned my dad before and it was really awkward, it was in Year 7 and it was my RS teacher.
“She was talking about religion and how some people bow down to God.
She said, ‘It’s like when people bow down to your dad, Sunnie’ – and she called him sexy.
“It was one of the most awful things ever.”
Danny became a grandad for the first time last weekend when eldest daughter Dani gave birth to a boy.
She is yet to reveal the tot’s name but has previously ruled out either Dan or Daniel, as fans speculated if the Love Island star would continue the family tradition of using different variations of her dad’s moniker.
Sunnie’s revelation about Danny’s pin-up status in the school staff room was made during an Instagram Live session she hosted recently.
During the chat with her followers, she also agreed with a fan that her dad had a “bad hairline” and admitted he’s “really boring”.
Her next parents’ evening certainly won’t be.
Handle is in hot demandNETFLIX is taking no chances when it comes to delivering a new series of dating show Too Hot To Handle as travel blocks crop up across the world.
I’m told the streaming giant has been filming not one but TWO series of the show back-to-back, to make sure fans have plenty to be getting on with.
Producers started work on a double whammy of its 2020 reality smash hit in the autumn and casted double the amount of singletons.
The format sees ten young people from around the world thrown into a secret tropical villa for what they think will be the most erotic summer of their lives.
But to win the $100,000 (£72,000) grand prize, they can’t kiss, heavy pet or self-gratify, or the money goes down.
A source said: “Too Hot To Handle was exactly the sort of steamy reality dating show the world needed.
"So when the show was given the green light to shoot again and the opportunity to film came up at the end of last year, producers decided to really go for it.”
Tracy the 'great' motherTRACY Beaker actress Dani Harmer, who is reprising her role as the now grown-up character in a new CBBC series, has said Tracy will be shown as a “great” parent.
It is due to be screened next month and Tracy will be seen as a mum in her thirties with a ten-year-old daughter, Jess, played by Emma Maggie Davies..

The book, called Never Give Up, will give readers the inside track about going into the wild with the likes of Barack Obama, Roger Federer and Julia Roberts.
Bear said: “I get the chance to cover so many of the questions I get asked about the most, from what’s the worst thing I’ve ever eaten in the name of survival, to the scariest encounter, nearest death moment and what it’s like to adventure with the President of the United States with his Secret Service in tow.”
The book will be released in the autumn by Transworld and Penguin Random House.
