Gymnastics' Moore and Schreiber Tabbed For Academic All-District

COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri gymnasts Jocelyn Moore and Sienna Schreiber earned Academic All-District honors from College Sports Communicators (CSC). Both Moore and Schreiber earn the distinction for the first time in their careers.
The 2024 Academic All-District® At-Large Team, selected by CSC, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Moore, a WCGA Regular Season Second Team All-American on floor and the Southeastern Conference (SEC) Specialist of the Year, earned the program's first perfect 10 on floor. The junior notched 9.9 or higher in 13 of her 14 floor routines and 23 of her 41 total routines, the second-highest total on the team. Additionally, she compiled the longest 9.9 streak in MU history on any apparatus, hitting 16 consecutive 9.9-floor routines dating back to 2023.
Schreiber, the all-time leading scorer in Mizzou gymnastics history, and had a stellar season. She earned WCGA Regular Season First Team All-America on beam and was an All-SEC selection. The senior led the Tigers with an impressive 24 9.9s and finished the season with a career-best 9.950 national qualifying score (NQS) on beam, ranking eighth in the nation. She closed out her collegiate career with a remarkable 39.550 all-around score featuring a 9.900-floor routine and a stunning 9.950 in her final beam performance.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot, with first--, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees being announced in June.
